• You will comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• You will not discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SLINGSHOT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Employment decisions made by clients based on candidate recommendations
• Performance or conduct of candidates after placement
• Any disputes between candidates and hiring companies

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality recruitment services, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Successful placement of any candidate
• Performance of placed candidates beyond the probation period
• Availability of candidates matching specific requirements
• Timeline for filling positions

Specific guarantees, if any, will be outlined in individual service agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Master Team or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
